Great product. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Worth it x 10! *by on Reviewed in the United States March 1, 2025* These are amazing for post hysterectomy!They do look freakishly large and like they would be uncomfortable but they are not.The mix that provides the cooling stays liquidy and helps the pad conform to your body. They don't seem like they get very cold as you handle them but they are the perfect temperature for the area, a normal ice pack would be too cold and require something thick to wrap around.The pad is soft and similar material to any other menstrual pad, the adhesive strip works much better than any I've encountered on a menstrual pad.The first time you sit after putting one of these on feels weird at first but I found that sitting right away helped it conform to my body perfectly. Walking around while wearing one of these made moving around so much easier and helped the swelling reduce so much quicker. These stayed in place while walking, sitting, laying down, and while shifting and semi-wiggling to get up.These really have been a life saver during my recovery.
