How to use the ear cleaner:  Method 1 - Through the Blockage  Once the drops have softened the earwax, it is time to irrigate. Ideally you want to push the tip past the blockage. This way water is easily pushed past the blockage, ejecting it. Method 2 - Around the Blockage If you can't push the tip through/past the blockage, try spraying solution at the edge of the earwax. This will have the effect of getting water behind the blockage, and ejecting it. warm tips:    1. DO NOT USE: If you have an ear infection or ear injury of ANY kind.    2. DO NOT USE : with cold water. Using cold water will cause dizziness. ALWAYS use warm water & stay seated while using this product .   3. NEVER insert the tip too far inside ear. It may cause ear injury. Always make sure spray tip is tight enough before using; loose spray tip may cause ear injury.    4. Very easy to use
Just saved me monthly trips to the doctor. I have tinnitis so the build up of wax makes the ringing louder so I go monthly for ear lavage's at the doctor. This does exactly what they do, works great!
