Pros: 1) Well-made - I went with the max # of stays for strength. 2) Comfortable - not itchy or sweaty like latex and doesn't flip up from the bottom even when sitting at a desk for a few hours. Yay!Cons: 1) Stretches out quickly and 2) Corset shape - bra band to waist ratio isn't as curvy as needed for my shape.I originally purchased the large, but it was just too small to get it to hook up on the first set of hooks even with help. So I kept the large, optimistically thinking I'd be switching to it in 4-6 weeks. I then ordered the X-large and was able to get the first set of inside hooks done up with some definite struggle. On second wear, I started out again with the 1st set of hooks, but within the hour readjusted the top 4 hooks to the 2nd inside hook. Now on the third wear, I was able to use the 2nd set of hooks all the way up, but the top was too loose so I adjusted the top 4 hooks to the 3rd set of hooks. My pre-corset measurements were 42 (36.5" band)/32/44 - just slightly more pear-shaped toward the bottom with a long torso. As I'm only on the third wear, the fact that I've already gone in a full set of hooks tells me that the corset is stretching out a bit too quickly. I'd expected for it to take at least 6 wears or more before moving on to the next set of hooks. At this rate, I'll be using the 4th set of hooks by the end of week two. We'll see if that translates into actually getting the large corset to fit. And no, my size 14 jeans aren't really fitting any better at this moment nor have I lost weight so it's definitely the corset stretching out quickly. I averaged 4 hours on 1st wear, and 5 hours on the 2nd wear. Both were regular work-days, mostly spent working at my desk. Comfort is awesome though as I can actually sit with good posture, but still sit with one leg under the other or even crossed-legged in my chair (yes, I'm one of those). I do feel the stays right under my bra band digging in a bit, particularly right below the shoulder blade back fat, but it's tolerable. The rest of the fit is fairly comfortable.

A very comfortable garment that gives good back support which is what I needed...no more back pain! And it cinches in my waist so my clothes fit, feel, & look better when I’m wearing them. I’ve even lost inches as after 6 months of wearing this daily, I now have bought a second one a size smaller. Good value & worth it for looking & feeling better.

I read all the Q&A & reviews, made notes on all the ones that referenced a size or measurement that is close to me, then made a decision which size to order. I am 5' 6.5" tall, weigh 189lbs, natural waist measures 40.5 and I comfortably wear a size 14 pants. According to the picture size chart my waist measurement says I need a XXXL but then it says size 12-14 is an XL. I ordered the XL thinking if it was too small I'd keep it, order a size up and then eventually come back around to the XL as I am actively losing weight so no big deal. The XL fits perfect! Slightly difficult to get on the first set of hooks, but once they're all hooked it is comfortable and sturdy. Almost 8 hours into wearing it for my first day- it is still comfortable & definitely helps with posture. Time will tell how well it holds up and how long it lasts but for the price I'd say so far it's worth every penny.UPDATE: I am down to 182lbs, size 12 and this waist trainer has been great. Natural waist now measures 36.75". I wear this 8+ hrs/ day, 5-7 days/ week. It is still comfortable and in great condition. I just reached the last set of hooks this week so will be ordering the next size down.

5'7", 230lbs, Waist: 45"/114cm, Hips: 51"/129.5cm, ordered an XL after reading through many of the reviews. Currently on the first row of hooks so I've got plenty of room to shrink. I'll update after wearing it for a few weeks. I did have to lay down on a hard surface and it took some serious thumb strength.

By far the best waist trainer I’ve used. It’s so soft, comfortable and breathable. I will say, I am a size 12, medium joggers, and a medium top and got an XL based off the chart. I have thigh and ass so I honestly should have sized down. I could easily go to the second hole in a few days. Highly recommend.

I love this thing!!! This was my first waist trainer and I was skeptical but I was shocked how it stays on me and is so firm but comfortable. It does not move around at all and now I can wear anything because it gives me the perfect shape. Love handles puff gone!!!
