I could not find the Resille d'or, so I decided to "settle" on these cookies. Amazing how not only does the "dough" melts in your mouth, but you are able to recognize what you are eating, each and every single element. The raspberry jam taste like real raspberry. I gave a package to my "best" mailperson who would deliver all my goody packages to my door and she swore she never tasted anything as good as this. Keep it coming.
