I used it in Making Garlic noodles. Great product, great taste. Convenient individual packets . Fast service . Will buy it again

Ich weiß natürlich nicht, wie original es schmeckt, aber in Kombination mit meiner Misopaste und so weiter kommt da eine leckere Misosuppe bei raus. Ich verwende sogar nur 1/3 eines Beutelchens für eine Portion. Ich sah bei dem Paket übrigens keine Beschreibung auf deutsch

Die Versendung hat ewig gedauert, doch der Lieferant/Verkäufer war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Produkt sehr gut, Lieferung gern zu verbessern.

I liked that this mysterious product tasted good after I "helped it" by adding small amounts of garlic, ginger, and good soy sauce. It was good enough to use all of it, mostly for simple udon noodle soup in my case, and it did not make me sick.However, I could not read the package nor its website. I do not speak Japanese, so I tried to at least learn Japanese numbers to make guesses about what this might contain, how it should be prepared, or anything else. Still, I could not understand it. I just made sure to bring it to a boil for safety (2 packets for 600ml), and I added my own ingredients to make it taste better. I do not regret trying it, but this product should be labeled in at least one official language of the Americas (e.g. English, Spanish, Portuguese, or French) if it is sold here. I will try another flavor from Yamaki in the future if it includes a translation, and I will improve my rating if I learn that this was a healthy part of my noodle soup.
