Amazing!
Incredible, I wish I had taken a before and after picture!Our patio is supposed to be light grey but was covered in black spots and lost its colour. This stuff, even after leaving for an hour got rid of all of it, I left it on for about 6 hours and jet washed off and it looks brand new again!!

A bit smelly
it works very well my patio still looks very clean after a few months the only downside is it being powerful the smell of the bleach in the product is almost overpowering

No need to jetwash
Excellent product. I left over night to give it a good chance, hosed it all down and no need for jet wash which I was relieved. Ended buying 4 more and garden and pathways now ready for summer. You can see the difference below. Does have high stench of bleach though

Highly recommended. A bit on the expensive side but well worth it!
The media could not be loaded. This is by far the best product I have used for my patios and paths! It's a little bit on the expensive side but we'll woth it. I put it on straight from the bottle and did not dilute it. Left it for a couple of hours before power hosing off, although I reckon just a hose would have done.You can physically see it getting to work lifting years of dirt and black spot off the stone. I tried a cheaper one a couple of years back from a well known DIY store but it hardly shifted the black spot. This product will be my go to from now on. Highly recommended.

Black Spot Remover
Got rid of all the black spots and the colour of our Indian Sandstone flags has come up and can't wait to pressure wash now. I must add that the liquid is easy to use. I just poured a little out at a time and brushed it around with our yard brush.

Black spot patio cleaner
The product is very good and this was a repeat order but disappointed with delivery as didn't get yhe delivery on the promised day which was delayed by another two days.

Ease of use
Loosely jet washed a large patio and then applied the product with a watering can and hard brush. Left overnight and then washed down. Results were very good, not perfect, as some black spots remained on each flag. My powerful jet wash machine would not have yielded such good results. Would buy again.
