Does not have to be refrigerated, and stores “indefinitely”
I’m starting to make my own sparkling soda flavored with herbal oxymels (equal parts herb-infused apple cider vinegar and raw honey), and I wanted the best ACV. Bragg’s is the best. Because I know I can store this in my long-term food storage pantry to have ready whenever needed, I went on and invested in the gallon two-pack. It’s also an encouragement to switch to making my own oil and vinegar salad dressings instead of rolling the dice with the store-bought stuff that is getting more and more expensive as the days go by! I was a little concerned about the plastic bottles, but according to everything I’ve read, PET bottles do not react with vinegar. As I make my oxymels, they will go into glass mason jars.
