I ordered a M but it just flapped around with inches to spare. Sizing to one side, the jacket seemed well made, outside pockets were zipped - all important to keep items safe, and there were large inside open flap pockets. The main zipper was on the right side rather than the left - strange but not a deal breaker. Overall really impressed - just need to swap with a S size!
