Great for single bath homes!
I've been using this tankless water heater for about a year now in a single-bath home. One bathtub, one kitchen sink, one hand sink, one washer. My wife has never been happier when she can take a hot bath without worrying if she's going to run the hot water out. And I haven't even adjusted the heat from factory settings yet! I plan to buy another similar when we move again.

Worst purchase ever.
Bought this in June 2016. The inner parts are made of plastic which have now cracked and spewing water all over my garage. Although the description says it has a 10 yr warranty, there is only a 3 yr warranty on the plastic parts which makes up the entire system.
