Are they thin or fluffy? My 4 yr old (64 lbs)has chunky legs and a booty like me. I got a size 10 thinking they would be big and she’d grow into them. The elastic on the legs of these aren’t stretch enough. The rest of the panties were fine, but the legs were tight. We ended up giving them to a cousin that was smaller.
