I didn’t realised how much metallic taste there was when it came to the liquid. But I’m am very happy with the product and to be able to mix it in different items like different cold drinks and different meals. This supplement was recommended by my Doctor to see if we could raise my very low magnesium level. I am giving 5 stars because it is what it says it is, and you are forewarned on the taste before you even purchase it. It is a gagging taste, but if you really need Mag, its short lived. You must know that I have a malabsorption issue, so I didn't have much hope. However, I saw a rise in my levels of .1 - this is a low amount, but given my issues it did have an affect. To anyone needing to raise their Mag levels I also suggest Magnesium spray, as your body absorbs the Mag more effectively than if it is digested. Unfortunately the next step for my is Magnesium infusions. If you are healthy and looking for some extra Mag, then this is the product you should try. Magnesium is the most essential mineral our bodies need to survive.
