Review: Really nice paddles - Got these to work on a few specific parts of my stroke. They do a good job at what they say they do. I’m a fairly big guy and Medium fits me pretty well, if anything I’d go for a small over a large. They help to get your stroke right because they do fall off if you do it wrong - the marketing is correct. I find them pretty good for all 4 strokes. Of course free and back are quite easy in comparison to fly(as with all paddles). Breast is more or less ok, I feel it’s the easiest to naturally get your hands right in the first place personally. I do have to grip them fairly tight with my thumb when out of the water for the recorder part of the stroke otherwise they’ll fall off(not when they’re supposed to).
Review: Swim hand paddles - Love these. Helped my swim become smoother Less strokes but also faster. Catches water well & comfortable to wear.

## Questions & Answers

**Q: How do you know the size to get? I have a 3 1/4 inch palm. I'm 5'4"**
A: I ordered (and am happy with) medium. I’m 5’9” and my hand is 4” across including thumb.

**Q: Will these give my injured thumb a break or make it work harder?**
A: Hello ! Your thumb is not engages. I have arthritis in my thumb and these paddles do not hurt it. Happy swimming !

**Q: My daughters hand measure just at 7” in length. Which size would fit her? Anyone with a similar size hand?**
A: I ordered a med. To make sure they fit. I am a woman's small, size 6 ring.

**Q: What size would an 8 inch hand use?**
A: The correct size is determined by the vertical length and the circumference (excluding your thumb) of your hand. A medium paddle is suggested for a 7.25” vertical length and 8” - 9” circumference. A large paddle is suggested for a 8” vertical length and 9” or more circumference. Hope that helps!
