Swapped my starter on my glastron boat. Does the job, no complains. It’s been about 1 month.

Great value
Fit perfect on my 1991 merc cruiser 4.3l. Easy to install. Seems more boat friendly than my old one.

Fit our 1996 MasterCraft LT1 -good value
I took a chance here based on price and quick shipping. This unit did not match our old one perfectly-it seemed a little shorter. It bolted up just fine and when I hit the key fired up perfect with no grinding or perceived mismatch. The listing did not note that this would fit our 1996 MasterCraft LT1 but it did. I think it sounds better than the old one which was also aftermarket. 5 stars all around.

works so far
Looks solid and well sealed, not the starters fault but holy crap to install it I had to use zip ties and a coat hanger snaked behind the exhaust to support it long enough to get the bolts in. Other than that, fired the motor right up. I only used it to winterize the engine (maybe 10 starts) but it looks and feels well built.
