KitchenAid All Purpose Stainless Steel Dough Pastry Scraper/Chopper/Cutter with Measurement Scale, 6-Inch

I bought this tool to use when making sourdough. It has made breadmaking so much easier. I use it to chop my dough into two pieces, and to move the dough around during the shaping process. It is heavy duty, and easy to clean. The blade is sharp and thick. I haven't tried using it to chop anything other than bread dough, but it seems like it would do just fine chopping other items.
