Review: Tastes Good. But this is not my favorite Ezekiel cereal variety. - I love Ezekiel 4:9 sprouted grain cereal. I eat the 'original' version every day! And I do add cinnamon and raisin. So, I tried this. Not bad. Alas, I feel I'm better off when I start with the 'original' version and add my brand of cinnamon in the amount that I want. Also, my raisins are soft, their raisins are chewy. If you like chewy raisins, you'll find it in this cereal. Why 5 stars? Because it is everything it claims to be. If I had no other option, this would be my favorite cereal. Happily, I do have another option, the original one! And I still add my own brand of cinnamon, as much or as little as I want, and my fresh soft raisins, also as much or as little as I want. If you don't want to deal with sourcing and adding those other ingredients, get this.

**Q: Hi dear people, I want to know if this 6-pack is only for one flavor or is it a variety 6-pack flavors? Thanks in advance.**
A: Only one type of cereal...this is my favorite.

**Q: How does this cereal stand up to overnight soaking in milk?  Does it soften the raisins?**
A: After several hours of soaking in milk, everything gets soft, I believe the raisins, too.

**Q: what is the net carbs?**
A: Box does not give that figure directly, but for a 1/2 cup serving size, the label says 40 grams of total carbs.  Then 6 grams of dietary fiber.  That would be 34 net carbs the way I calculate it.

**Q: Would you please list your nutrition facts?**

Added fruit, honey and cinnamon and really enjoyed the flavor and it was filling. Great fiber content and value for the money. Ate it with yogurt so it maintained crunchiness the whole time.
