Overall she does like them. They look great, well made and with plenty of heat adjustments they seem versatile. She does not like the short lead, always seems to need an extension cable to make use of them. They also do not open tha twide, she has very thick hair and lots of it, that is a problem. The word "off" is still brightly lit, tha tgives the impression of being on. However, we have always encouraged her to unplug them when not in use. As noted they do seem to be well made, she has been using them now for over six months, very regularly. They look as new today as when first bought. The plates continue to look like new. Good value and versatile with its temperatures. Just some issues about th opening of them, noted if you have thick hair.
