I measured myself by the chart but when I received item is was too large. So I gifted it to a friend and ordered a smaller size. I love this items.

Runs a bit small. Would appreciate if they allowed the customer to be able to wrap the Velcro further where waist can be cinched more.

Definitely great while working out. It helped my back breaded butter rolls to go down. I sweat real good in it. I bought 2 of them for me and my sis m. Definitely recommend.

Truth be told,You get what you paid for.. It helped me sweat while working out but not as much as I expected. I ordered a xxl and it fit well. I wear a xl in shirts.

I bought the 7xl because my bust/chest area is around 49inches and wider than my waist area - I have an apple-shaped bodyish. When I tried it on, it was just a tad bit more roomy in my bust area. But it isn't anything I would complain over because it's actually a nice and comfy fit. I may exchange the one I received and size down 1 size though. I might prefer the tighter fit. I wear a size 2x in clothes and weigh 227 lbs.

My experience has been great. I have been walking a treadmill since March 2022, trying to lose weight, and I did ok. Then I had to have hernia surgery due to my weight. I had four hernias and an excellent doctor, recovery was painful and hard, but I kept going, I heard about the vest online, decided to give it a try, it has helped me in my recovery, I now do 45 minutes at 3.2 mph I burn 265 calories a day and take in about 1100 calories a day, I loss on average 2 lbs. a week, but I am 62 years old. The fit was a challenge because I have a 46 bust, but it still fit well, just had to squeeze the girls in. the zipper holds the girls well and the belt doesn't give me a problem, the support is amazing.

I would love to give this sauna vest a perfect rating.... does it make me sweat? YES! HOWEVER!!, It is also sewn badly, the fabric was not cut properly and as a result it does not fit nor wear like it should. It is also already falling apart. I'm so disappointed. I'm hoping to be able to get it replaced for a better made one. None of the sticking lines were made straight and as a result of that the material that is inside the vest, the material that makes you sweat and hold you in tight is ripping all over the place. I would like to also add that this vest is not too small for me it is in fact a bit too big. I ordered a size 4XL because of reading the reviews and not being sure what size to go with but a 3XL would have been better. If you purchase thise take a CLOSE look at the stitching and make sure that the velcro pieces are sewn correctly. Mine are not and as I stated before that is the cause of why it is not functioning as well as it could be. I have only washed it once, hung it to dry after, and I've only had the chance to wear it a couple times. I recently started working out in it when I noticed the tear in the back part of the vest on the inside material. I also noticed that it started to roll up once I was actually working out in it. I'm not sure if that is just what it does or if its because of how it was made. I would definitely recommend this product but I would also recommend that people inspect it well and request a replacement for anything that is not right.For specs -Height: 5'4Weight: 268lbsSide note: I also measured my self the way the chart shows to and my numbers in some areas were bigger than their largest size but as I stated, the size I got is a bit too big. Me gusto lo pedi mas grande porque me imagine ke venia reducido y si viene reducido pero esta talla me kedo bien aparte ke se ajusta la faja.. lo uso para mis caminatas diarias
