Terrible Customer Service
The product itself if seems fairly high quality. However, the item was delivered over 10 days late, and the customer service was absolutely terrible. I had an item that I ordered to be delivered within a few days of this item arriving, this being one that needed to be tested, using the seat, within a limited amount of time. Since this product was so late, I am no longer covered on $3,500 of material, and Kirkey made no steps to attempt to resolve this issue even when I requested a refund after we were told the item was lost. I will not be buying from Kirkey again, and I will recommend nobody else does as well.
