Upon recipet the weight tree body and legs had damage to the coating, to the point bar metal was seen at multiple areas with rust already present. The company when I reached out to them said this was normal of the manufacturing process and all of their items looked similar. They even went so far as to send me pictures with similar damage stating this is acceptable in the industry, sending me pictures showing damage similar to mine straight from a box at their facility. Stay away from this item I was very disappointed in the fact the customer care tech basically told me they have no quality control and that it is normal for new items to arrive damaged. If that's the case all their items should be marked as factory seconds so you know what you are getting.
