The company actually send me a new replacement at no charge. Not even shipping. The new one works well. They were very responsive via email of my questions. Manufacturers are always going to have a batch that gets through quality control. When they do, it is the company's reaction that keeps or loses customers. The speakerphone function was not working. The screen light does not dim automatically when I am on the phone, so my cheek would accidentally touch the mute/speaker buttons on the screen.I am not that picky so I did not mind the malfunctions that much until recently. The backlight cable suddenly failed and I was not able to see anything on the screen. I replaced the screen again only after 5 months, and now it is working fine (including the speakerphone and auto-dim function).I would not recommend this screen to anyone. ### ⭐⭐⭐ Okay for Price *by B***B on Reviewed in the United States on December 13, 2019* I paid $14 USD shipped (in late 2019), so not a bad price. Screen was washed out in whites, useable, but not the easiest on the eyes. Tool kit and screen protector was a nice touch.
