The media could not be loaded.  Shopped around reviews and finally settled on a square one. Easy to set up. Neat look as it hides the motor part and with one touch it inflates! Add water (4hours from a hose), add chlorine (buy the cleaning starter pack), next day you’re ready to go.Also buy the ‘bladder’ inflatable which keeps the heat in when you cover up. Simply awesome and my family love it.The glowing light is a little waterproof speaker you can buy to make the night time chilling more atmospheric.

This hot tub was easy to put up, and if you purchase the bladder and a foam under mat it holds the heat brilliantly.We have used ours now for several weeks and its been quite cold its totally lovely. the filter is on a timer so when it needs replacing just clean it, reset and it goes on and on. Very quiet and at present has cost a lot less to run than we expected.

Ordered on the Monday and it arrived on the Wednesday. The hot tub was easy to install & inflated within 8 minutes.We chose the 6 people rather than 4, which was a good move. Product is well made and great fun. We've used it every day and my son (17yrs) and his mates love it. I would highly recommend the product and the company.

We are really happy with this, so far.I wish I had read the following comments (or paid more attention, more likely) at the time of ordering! ....NB Our tub-box didn't some with a starter kit. This is a 100% essential. We ordered it at the same time but it arrive 24 hours after the tub.[1] Make sure you order the Starter Kit, so it is with you 24hrs before or definitely at the same time as the tub arrives.[2] Also our electrics are OK, but they have tripped out twice after having the bubbles and the heater 'on' for more than c.2 hrs. We just re-set and it all worked again. So - before the tub arrives - make sure you have a strong+safe minimum 13amp supply and the thickest extension cable possible.Only slight criticism - the heater has a red light built into the button - and this comes on when the tub is heating up (green light means it is holding the water temp steady at the guide temp you set). But in bright sunlight it is really (really) difficult - impossible - to see the red light. We just left it alone and checked the temp was climbing and then when it was dark said: Ohh, there is a red light and yippee its 36 degrees.

Was great to start off but after about 6 weeks the pump stopped working. Sent it back under warranty. When I got it back, I filled it up only to find it was leaking badly. And it was leaking into the electrics within the pump. Mspa warranty wouldn’t send a new pump or give a refund after they ballsed up the repair job. I ended up trying to fix myself. So they wasted my time, water, money, chemicals etc etc. Poor after sales

Excellent product. Really easy to put up, spacious and lovely and warm.

Easy to understand instructions. Easy to inflate. Great size. I'm 6ft 3 and it's plenty big. Controller is easy to use. No external pump thankfully. Arrived before expected. Great bit of kit.
