Review: Thanks to ONWOTE now I am receiving all my merchandise ordered in the Internet. - I love this system because I can see if my packages have been delivered or not. I was loosing so many items mainly from USPS. I have no problems with the other carriers because they deliver packages right to the front door. The other day I tracked a package and it said it was delivered at 10:05 AM. I checked my cameras and I noticed that no one showed up at that time, and I had proof of it thanks to my ONWOTE System. One day I came home from work and noticed a broken window and right away I checked my cameras and I found the perpetrator. It was my dog Dandy and I was thinking it was a thief trying to get in. I love this system because everything it's so clear. I haven't had the chance to call ONWOTE Technical Support because the system it's so simple to set it up and install just by watching a few videos on Youtube.

Very difficult to setup. I have tried several times and I can’t even get it to Text me a verification code to create an account. If I wasn’t out of the 30 day warranty I will definitely return it. No customer service contact number only an email and it takes up to a day to reply back. Update still have not been able to contact support after 2 years of trying to use my camera. horrible Customer service and product
