Empower Weighted Vest for Women, Weight Vest for Running, Workout, Cardio, Walking, 4lb, 8lb, 16lb Adjustable Weight

This is a great fitting weighted vest for women. It is adjustable but made for a woman. Starting out with the 4 lb weight is perfect when you're new to wearing a weighted vest. I like the fact the weight is in the sand that is sewn into the vest. The only downside is the weight can not be adjusted. It's a shame they don't make a 6 lb vest so you can graduate upwards. It would be a bit difficult to go from a 4 lb vest to an 8 lb vest without hurting yourself.

I like that the weight vest fits comfortable and it can be adjusted. When walking or exercising I don't feel restricted. It is the right amount of weight (4lbs). When walking in the neighborhood, I always get stop and asked what am I wearing and after I explain they asked where did I get it.

It is a solidly made vest. No issues or concerns and I have used it a few times during cardio workouts. However, it is short. I am 5' 8" and the vest is a little short making is slightly uncomfortable because of where it its on the abdomen. I am wondering if a man's vest would have been a better choice.

Perfect fit for a women! I was worry for my breast, instead it is so comfortable.I did show the vest to my physiotherapist and told me to start to wear it one hour a day. Then to gradually increase the time.I am happy for this product, the quality it is great!

I bought this vest for my daughter for her to use for training, per her technical coach. Well, she's yet to use it. So instead of letting the vest sit and collect dust. I decided to throw it on and use it. My daughter runs track. So while she's doing her thing on the track, I run laps. I just started doing this thought. And I must say, I can feel the "extra" weight. It's light enough, but heavy enough too. Especially running a 400. My body aches from wearing the vest and running. In a good way thought. I'll continue to train w/ this vest until the weight no longer affects me.

This vest is so comfortable. I was worried it would be too hot when I was walking and exercising but it's not. It's easy to put on and take off. I'm really glad my physical therapist recommended it.

Definitely saw a noticeable improvement in vertical

I have found this vest to feel lighter than another very expensive one that I tried first. I weighed this one and it is a tad over 4 lbs. I wear it for exercise walking and don't really notice it. I do not like the lumpiness if worn under a shirt or jacket and the fact that it looks like a harness. It also has a slight petrol odor but not enough to bother me. The other vest I tried looked like clothing, had thin weights, and allowed for adding or subtracting weights. However it rode up in front and it was sweat inducing. For $100 less, this one serves the purpose.
