This order was actually a replacement for a previous order of the same item. The 1st item received was perfectly packaged upon arrival. Unfortunately, when opened, the suede protective bag was missing. When I removed the plastic and tissue covering, there were 4 nicks in the finish of the urn.I was very upset because the funeral was in a few days. I ordered a replacement and hoped that it would arrive on time and in perfect condition. It did, and the service was a befitting success for my family member.

The color of the vase and the silver complement each other very well. I opted to get the additional banner for the name and date. The banner is very sturdy and well made love the font, however it is not a polished piece and so it doesn't look good across the cross as pictured. We decided to put the banner on top of the lid for that reason and there was a small chip of paint missing. On the banner you get a small piece of 3m double sided tape that after a few years will probably not hold up due to the weight of the piece. I would definitely purchase from here again. very well packaged, also came with additional bag for ashes if needed.

Color was beautiful! Received without damage or defects.Only recommendation is to include the approx volume it can hold.Was not sure it would hold a 6' 6" man.
