Ease of use

I bought my son a steamer, bao maker and this for a stocking stuffer and he like all of the items. The flour mix was easy to use and he liked the authentic flavor.

Great flour and does what it needs to do but not sure what the difference is. I’m not a cook so I’ll just keep buying this cause it works

The dough was perfect, soft, gummy delicious with good reheat value for another day. This is the goat

I would not add quite as much sugar as the recipe in the back says. The yeast works well and our dumplings came out quite well.

Hard to get correct viscosity. Practice may help.
