Dangerous
I wanted to give this a good review, but when our two year old put it on and got in the water, her face went into the water. We kept trying to get it to work for her but it was hard for her to keep herself upright. We put a pair of puddle jumpers on her and she had no problem and enjoyed floating and moving herself around. Perhaps the one we got is defective, but I can not recommend this. Not worth the money even if it were free.

Good life vest but not for boating
Son likes it more than others we've tried, but inside of vest says it's not for boating and no coast guard certification.

Dunks baby/ fits well
Jacket fits almost 12 month old, 20 lb baby well. She is very comfortable in it. When tested, jacket dunks baby face first in the water. 3 stars is bc she was so comfortable, but I would not trust jacket to be "life saving". Definitely more ideal for a child who can keep their face up and control body. Not coast guard approved!

NOT FOR BOATING!
NOT FOR BOATING! NOT COAST GUARD APPROVED! It says for boating in the description but printed right on the vest itself says not to be used as a life vest on a boat. I still gave it 4stars because it does float- my daughter is 19lbs & it adjusts/fits her well.

My 2 year old daughte as afraid of getting into the pool , she was holding me in the water every time. My friend recommended that I bought this life jacket. Now she loves it and is so confidant in the water ,because she discovering that she could float by herself now when she wearing it. It's a great float and made me more relaxed.Great products!!!

My child is 3 years old and about 30lbs, and the fit is perfect for her. My daughter is comfortable wearing it and she can free to move around in the pool easily. I just need to watch her on the side.Really happy with this purchase.

ad states it is a boating life vest, when we received it, it clearly states that it is not meant for boating.

My daughter love it, put it on last weekend to play in the pool, this swim vest is very easy to put on, and let children have a sense of security, began to like swimming.
