These redesigned Schaller's are so smooth and easy to click on that I forget about the $30 price tag. Schaller also made the unlock knob bigger and easy to grab so sliding off is more comfortable. As always they feel super solid. The new locks do fit on the old buttons some of my guitars still have, though the new strap buttons have a beefier integrated screw that is an interesting addition that I like. The plating is top-notch!
