Great knife, cuts through even partially frozen chicken like butter. Very, very sharp. Both the blade and handle seem to be of great quality. The packaging itself lends itself easily to gift-giving. Seems like it should cost more than it does. I cannot recommend this knife enough to be honest.

This knife is beautiful! It handles amazingly, I almost didn't want to use it. I needed a good knife, and have been very happy with this one so far. It came in a nice box, and is very sharp. Anyone would love this! I have high expectations that this will hold up for a while!
