This kettlebell is the perfect size (not too big) and is well made. Some others are very big, so they reduce the range of motion that can be achieved.

Easy to use, great size although it does not have a very wide flat base so it might topple over if dropped in a hurry. Perfect handle thickness and grip for small hands. I would definitely purchase other weights

You can adjust your grip so the handle is at 90 degrees to make swings pass more easily between the legs but its not ideal.Overall I'm happy enough with this as it was so much cheaper than the alternatives. I think ultimately though you will end up wanting something more appropriate if kettlebell swings are going to be your focus.

Never worked out in my life and hear I am trying to get my weight in check and bought this kettle bell. Goodness me. If you are looking for something that would 🔥 during workouts, this does the trick. The handle does not slip even when sweating. The weight and size is balanced. It is good. Worth every penny even if my body is telling me to quit with aches and pains 🤣🤣🤣🤣
