A real comfort to my painful hands
This has been a great buy to ease my hand pain. It’s quite easy to use but needs to be at the right height for your hands to fit in easily. It takes longer than stated for the wax to melt completely so give yourself plenty of time.

Slow warm up
Does what it says but takes an hour to melt the wax not 15 minutes.

Bad quality
I am returning this product immediately, I haven't used it as it is so flimsy I dare not even plug it in. But on re-checking the previous reviews I see that they point out that the temperature control does not work . PS although a return label can be downloaded, if you wish to return the item you have to pay the postage back to China!

Can help with pain relief
Not very good temperature control and takes a long time to dissolve paraffin wax.
