Stacy at customer service was great, tried to remedy a issue
Ordered the bed as shown and described.Arrived without bed frame. Stacy at customer service was great, tried to remedy a issue, ordered me a frame, but we still had to find extension brackets to make it work. Not sure why it's listed as a Calif. King but stick out from the frame about 6 inches. do they sell the same size for regular King? It would just be nice if I didn't have those brackets visible at the end of the bed. Head and foot board are awesome.

I love the look of this bed but after putting it ...
I love the look of this bed but after putting it all together the one side of the bed frame was badly bent. The bed frame is black but was very badly chipped up showing a lot of silver medal. Again I am glad I bought it because my husband was able to fix the parts that needed it but for the money it should have come in much better condition!
