As a fellow sweaty Betty, it is hard for me to find shoes with suede inserts so I’m not squishing and squashing as I walk! I love these inserts. It allows me to increase my shoe collection to rubber based shoes and cute sandals 10 out of 10 would recommend.

I like the feel of these inserts that have a wool-blend; my feet stay dry. They're thin enough that my shoes fit the same & toes aren't squished.

The grip is fine. Was actually very impressed with it. I sweat on my feet so this is a decent solution. Just be mindful that your sole will get really sore if worn for too long. The grip area is very rough and can cause irritation/mild bruise.Like i said i sweat alot on my feet, and on day 3 the adhesive came off. I kinda knew that would happen so purchased extras.

I used these in my plastic-sole sandals I wore on my week-long trip that required a lot of walking throughout the day. These are most likely made to go in closed-toed shoes, but I didn’t want to slip in my sandals as I was doing some minor hiking. They held up the entire week of the trip, but a few days later started to slip away from the adhesive and became pretty much useless. They’re not heavy duty, but they work for emergencies. No issues with smell. Cut to fit perfectly. Obviously there’s no added support as they are liners, but they are soft and made of felt. They did the job for what it’s worth, but don’t expect them to hold up too permanently.

These worked well for me! The inside of my heels have been peeling off but I don't feel ready to throw them away. I got these inserts that are basically just flat sticky felt (no arch support, because that would mess up the fit of the shoe) to paste over the flakiness. I had to carefully cram/outline/trim the first pad, but I did it upside down in the reverse shoe so that I could see my lines on the paper backing. Then I traced the first onto the second, cut the outline, and fine tuned by cramming it into the opposite shoe. I swapped which shoes they went in when right side up and they worked perfectly. It was a bit hard to get the sticky side down without wrinkles, especially in the toe box, but turned out decent (they certainly are sticky!). I recommend peeling half of the backing off, cutting it off, adhering the top half, and then peeling the rest of the backing off to adhere the back half once in place. It's not super pretty but a good enough fix for me!

I have suffered from hyperhidrosis my entire life. Hands, feet, underarms. Its unbelievably uncomfortable and embarrassing. Long story short, I do not wear flip flops or sandals, any type of shoes like that. My sweaty feet causes me to slip around inside the shoe, I'm clumsy walking in them, I'm self conscious, etc. I have vowed to never wear sandals to save myself the embarrassment.I found these little foot insoles, and thought they *might* work, who knows. ( I have cut and inserted womens menstrual pads in my shoes to help with the sweating, and they somewhat work but when I remove my feet from the shoe the pad is sticking to my feet.) I figured these insole would have the same effect as the pads but let me tell you these babies WORK. They stick to the shoe, soak up my sweat, they don't stick to my feet when I remove my shoe, I don't have smelly feet either. I will buy TONS MORE OF THESE and now I get to wear sandals! Yay!*forgot to add* They were a touch longer than my foot size, but I cut them a tad and they fit perfectly. 10/10 recommend!

These are the best inserts. So comfortable and soft. I have tried disposable inserts, air insoles and various types to fit my flats and sandles I like to wear barefoot. I hate how the original liners get sweaty and stick to my feet, then want to come out when I try to remove my shoes. These are extra thin, soft and stay in place… my summer just got better!! I bought two more 3 packs to add to all my shoes.
