Such a nice idea for a great quality product! It makes me happy knowing that my purchase helps out in a small way. I'd definitely buy more products from you with this idea in mind! The cup is so brilliant, it holds hot and cold liquids well and retains more heat than paper coffee cups do. No leakage and extremely convenient to collapse when on the go! You have to take the lid off and empty any contents to collapse - the best way I've found to do this is to go to a sink, turn the cup upside down, and press on the bottom whilst holding the rim of the cup! Amazing product :)

I have many coffee cups, depending on my plans, insulated ones for travel, bamboo one for when visiting Costa before lockdown, but needed one that was for occasional use that didn't take up much space, this fits the bill, it collapses and keeps the coffee fairly warm, the same as in a paper cup, it fits under the coffee machine and I am now saving 2 paper cups a day now. The rubber gets very hot, but the top part is solid and you can hold it there.Not 100% leakproof as pressure always builds up in these type of cups, and I never expected it to be. It suits my purposes though and saving paper cups is the main purpose, however the manufacturing process for this was probably very intensive and it will be many hundreds of cups later before it starts being ecologically sound.A bit like buying an electric car, you are driving round saving the planet, but the emissions and energy used to get the product to you, takes decades for it to reach a state of equilibrium

There are not enough words to describe the amazing experience I had with this company and their beautiful cup!First of all there was absolutely no plastic packaging, which makes it 100% eco-friendly comparing to other companies that claim to be eco-friendly but their products are covered in tons of plastic packaging.Secondly, the cup is easy to carry around as it is lightweight and quite compact when collapsed. The material is of very good quality, does not leak, and even though it may appear thin it does not rip, and it more than protects your fingers from hot liquids!Last but not least, the first cup I received was slightly marked, so I wanted to replace it but unfortunately they had run out of stock. The company got in touch with me, issued a full refund and as soon as there were more cups in stock they sent me one for free! Even though I did not pay for my cup I will definitely order more in the future as I would definitely want to own more than one of these beautiful and eco-friendly cups, plus they would made a great gift!Congratulations on the entire team for their product and professionalism, I honestly cannot recommend them enough!

I was interested in a collapsible mug for my commute, and this looked like the best option out there. The mug can be expanded and collapsed easily, and the lid is secure and (so far) is leak-proof.My one gripe is that with a hot liquid inside, the mug is too hot to hold. The silicone heats up (naturally), there is a hard plastic section (though not as hard as it might appear) at the bottom and top of the mug, but that gets hot too. I don't use milk in my drinks, so that might give different results for others.I will have to remember to grab a napkin when making a drink....but aren't napkins damaging the planet too?! Can't win them all!

This collapsible cup is super handy as it is small enough to fit inside a handbag and it's lightweight. The best place to hold it is at the neck of the cup where turtle symbol is. Because it's made of silicone it can get quite hot when tea is poured into it. Although it is perfectly fine to hold whilst wearing gloves, it keeps your hands warm! It is possible to put a silicone grip on the neck of the cup to add extra insulation from the heat. Personally I have managed without one. As it's made from silicone and hard plastic materials it doesn't keep your tea hot for long as it has no insulation, so as long as you drink your tea in good time it won't go cold! It is also leak proof too! It was delivered in a recyclable box without the plastic packaging, winner! And I hear it's better for the environment ;)

I will change my ratings if the seller responds.I would like to know if this raised bump should be on the cup as I am very worried about the cup splitting. My daughter received it on Christmas Day and I am not sure if it is a fault or part of the moulding. My daughter wants to put hot drinks in the cup but the silicone is very thin where the bump is and I am worried she will have a serious burn if the cup splits.

Proud to rock the turtle and save the planet. It's got a good capacity and easy to drink from. I drive on some terrible roads at work and the bouncing around doesn't cause any leakage etc, as long as the drinking hole is properly closed. Not very thermal for hours on end but that is perfect for me as I generally buy a drink and want to drink it soon after. Very easy to collapse, drink from and clean.

I have using this during my lunch break over the last few days, and I found the silicone to be hard wearing and the cup Very sturdy, even when filled, and is indeed leak proof as long as it is not over filled and the lid on tight. There is even a very satisfying “pop!” Sound When you fully extend the cup. A choice of colours would have been nice though, and maybe a little more “heat proofing” on the hand-grip.
