Better late than never!
I make homemade pork carnitas quite often. I have been draping my tortillas over a wooden dowel forever, to get that perfect bend. Well, no more.... On a whim I decided to try these little metal forms. So much easier! Less dripping oil mess, and they actually “hold” our finished carnitas in perfect mouth ready form until we eat it!..... wish I figured that out sooner!
