I'm 5'9 230lbs .. top heavy (arms, breast, tummy, back fat) .. this fits like a glove and it's great during my workouts.. i wear clothes under it and a compression garment on my belly .. I'm glad i bought 2 .. will be needing more .. this long suit is better than the short one

(2XL) 5'5" 235lbsDidn't like breathable thigh area. It's too tight on my thighs so I was unable to pull up for a comfy fit, leaving a gap of space between my legs. Everywhere else fits fine.

I wear triple ddd and it zips up stays up easy to go to restroom in it I love material between legs and underarm so it breathable after sixteen times wearing it it hasn’t popped and I work out for hours and squat

This appears to be very well-made, except for the area that I need it to work the most. Ugh! Argh! Just so you aren't surprised as I was, the underarms and upper thigh/crotch area ARE NOT made with the nice neoprene material. So what I got when I put it on was a blubber leakage of my upper inside thigh....the place that I need neoprene the most. I am so disappointed in this design because it's like duuuuhhhh, that's obviously an important area to benefit from the whole concept.One nice thing though is returning this item is super easy!

I'm 5'3 I ordered a size medium. This suit is made with stretchy material, so I wouldn't overthink the sizing too much. (I wouldn't size up) Personally, I was not a huge fan of the "breathable material" on the groin and underarm section. It's too big and I would of liked my underarms to sweat more, I would of preferred the same material throughout the whole suit. ( But, that's just me... I don't sweat too easily). Aside from that It does it's job!
