These were very easy to use and set up. They can be bent to any angle with the simple use of a 'workmate' or other vice-like tool. They were used flat, for right-angles and angles up to 150 degrees. I used a 60cm steel spike to check for builder's debris, as they can be deflected, but if you put a 'pilot' hole first, they work a treat. One word of caution: You will need quite beefy screws to hold these in place, so don't use these for timber less than 50mm thick. I used 28mm decking boards, with 20mm of treated timber on the inside for extra strength and thickness. There is a small version for less onerous projects.

These brackets are well designed and well made. They solve the problem of fitting path and raised bed edges. They're a great deal easier than wooden stakes. My garden is beginning to take shape. I'll certainly be ordering more as work progresses. The only complaint I have is that the angled brackets and the straight brackets are hard to tell apart. I'd already hammered one in before I realised the difference. It's a minor thing but something like a small sticker would have helped.
