I have only used Colgate pretty much all my life and I am in my 80th year and have all my teeth. Not sure if it is the Colgate or the genetics (my mother had lost all her teeth, don't know my father, he died in 1944). But I would like to credit Colgate and this version says it is better against plaque. I'll know more after my next teeth cleaning in August and will update this review if I remember. I did mention I'm in my 80the year, didn't I?

You get what you pay for. It's cheap and feels cheap, but it does work. Don't expect miracles. Will monitor performance.

It's worth the money. Other toothpastes make my teeth feel a little rough. This leaves my teeth feeling very smooth and I just put a pea sized dollop on the brush. Nice subtle flavor. I'm glad I spent a little extra for this quality product.

I have used Colgate Total for years to address my gum issues. I feel it's still the best toothpaste out there - Sensodyne is good too but too pricey for me. Best all around, everyday toothpaste.
