This is a great piece of equipment. I recently switched up my workout routine to include step-ups, but didn't want to take on too much too soon. This step adjusts from 6 to 8 to 10 inches so I can go at my speed. It's very sturdy, too.

Very stable; seems well -made. Got it to use with my Power Plate.

Simply perfect for home exercising.

This exercise step is sturdier and feels more secure than the kind with the floating risers, so I am keeping it. I use it primarily in the 6" and 8" positions to do aerobics tapes, and it is good for that purpose. However, I'm afraid I have to take a star off this rating because of the dimensions of the step. First of all, these are not stated accurately in the description, or perhaps I should say they are incomplete. The dimensions of the step are stated to be 39" by 15" by 6,8 or10" tall. The heights are correct but the length and width are not. The step is tapered in a bit, which I understand because making it slightly wider at the bottom vs the top makes it a little more stable. Because of this they really should have included measurements for the top of the step, the part you are actually stepping on, but they did not. I will give the complete dimensions here so people can know what they're actually getting. With the risers in the 6" position the length at the bottom is 38" and it is about 34 3/4 inches at the top (the top edges are rounded over so hard to measure exactly.) The width of the step is 14 5/8" at the bottom and 13 1/2" at the top. I am a women with a larger foot, I wear a size 10.5 in a womens' shoe, and my athletic shoes are almost exactly 12" long. So the step width is just barely wide enough for me. However, someone with a larger foot such as a man with a shoe size of 10 or larger is not going to fit and will be hanging over the edge a little, which in my opinion is not good. I wish the manufacturer had made this step just a bit wider, say 16 1/2 inches at the bottom and 15 inches at the top, so that people with bigger feet could use it more comfortably and safely. One other thing worth mentioning is that the reviews that state the step is not adjustable are incorrect. It is adjustable but at first you have to use a bit of force to detach the risers (the gray parts) and move them to different positions. After doing this a couple of times it's a lot easier to move them. I actually like the fact that you have to use a bit of force to detach or snap in the risers because this makes the whole thing sturdier.

I bought this step to use for online exercise classes and wanted something sturdy. This is very sturdy and I like the fact that the risers store inside the step and it is all one piece. This is comparable to the steps that I have used in the past at the gym.

Very sturdy and no slipping and sliding.

This is a great quality step for beginner or advanced steppers. Safe to use and perfect size for a variety of uses in the exercise room.
