Xbox 360 Wireless Controller Black by Microsoft (Renewed)

Needed a replacement controller for my Xbox 360 and this was perfect! Works just like it should.

Shipping was very quick and man, they truly went above and beyond with this. My old 360 controller was definitely wearing down (still works of course) and I was just curious about a refurbished one out there. There's lots of aftermarket ones and all, but I didn't want any of that. A true, genuine and authentic 360 controller; hands down, an amazing job and very much worth the cash! Plays and feels like the original did as well too, I love it ^-^

I have 10 year old controllers that work better or used ones I have bought off ebay or marketplace than these, I hate those cheap knock off ones that have to be plugged in I thought i would try these but after 2 controllers with non functioning analog sticks, like playing bioshock I couldn't access all my weapons with the left analog on the first one then my replacement one. The right analog stick on my replacement would not even work for the viewpoint when you tried to look right and it would sporadically change my view point. I might not mind so much if they weren't so expensive but might as well just buy the cheap knock offs if you're playing any kind of shooter game (oblivion, bioshock, halo etc) halo would be a total nightmare. The knock offs are annoying because they must be plugged in but at least you can play the game.

Can’t find myself to give a 5 star because it’s been used but I was overall happy with the purchase. Buttons felt good, nothing loose. Joysticks where solid and no stick drift. Came in clean and the back of the battery pack that tend to get loose over time had the right tension, wasn’t loose and clamped down firmly. Considering the age of the controller it was in great shape.

The controller is very clean and appears as new. I'm not a regular gamer, but all of the buttons, triggers and joysticks work without issue as far as I can tell.

I typically buy new but read some good reviews from previous customers so I decided to buy this "Renewed" controller. I wanted an original Xbox 360 wireless controller but it's difficult to find one new after all these years. When the controller arrived, it looked and played like new. After a full inspection and 1hr usage, I had a great controller. I am so happy with this "renewed" product that I not only saved money but trust the renewed product program now. If you have an Xbox 360 and still play regularly, this is a solid replacement if you need another controller.

The controller is overall functional and connected with no issue. I like the stick grips that were installed. However, all of the buttons (A, B, X, and Y) are all mushy and occasionally stick when pressed. The right stick also gets stuck upwards AKA stick drift. I bought this controller to mainly play Skate 3, so doing constant nose manuals is not ideal unless I’m trying to break a personal best. I understand this is a 15+ year old refurb controller, but I can find Xbox One/Series controllers at similar prices if not cheaper.
