This is the for the squared-off bed extender. Not tapered one currently shown in the pic (7/22/19). The squared-off one is the one I was looking for since it offers a little more capacity. I used outdoor weather sealant around the holes that are drilled as well as the underside of the screw heads. This is to try and keep moisture out and possible rust issues down the line. I'm taking away 1 star because of the attachment point hardware used for the straps and where it "connects" to the tailgate latch. The round pieces are too small to properly lock into the latches on the tailgate. It's close enough, but there is a lot of play and the straps can get unlatched unintentionally.I'll replace these pieces at a later date.

I was hesitant to buy this due to the wrong picture amazon has of the product and (2.) the price. However!!, I pulled the trigger on it and it’s the best addition you can have! I have a 2019 RAM crew cab 5th gen edition. These pictures will show just how much room it adds on and also I really like the you can put stuff in the bed without having it slide around. Bungee cord in picture was not included just FYI.

Part looked great. Easy to assemble. The only issue you may want to consider is checking the placement of the mount holes. Some have mentioned the templates are not quite right. Mine were fine, and would have worked fine, but I did not like the angle of the extender with respect to the tailgate. It was tilting down a bit more that I like it, so I lowered the holes about a quarter inch. I would suggest a mock up before drilling so you can adjust the position to your preference. All in all I am very happy with it. Looks great and the corners being at a 90 degree bend gives a bit more room that the Mopar part. The picture is not accurate, which is a good thing.

Install was straight forward. Assembly simple. My 2019 Ram short bed has Bedrug and Aluminum Tonneau installed too. Did not need a spacer kit to avoid the side rails. Removal, install and storing requires an extra step to fold the tonneau forward. Very happy with the purchase. My version does not include the slanted corners.

Very nice. Very easy to put together and instructions were spot on. I think even if you drill the holes a little higher or lower there wouldn’t be a big different but I drill them exactly where the instruction told me to. Make sure to use a hole punch, makes it a lot easier. Looks great and exactly what I expected.

I just installed the bed extender in my 2019 Ram Limited and it was very easy. I followed the directions exactly as it read and it turned out great. The only recommendation I have is to use a good drill to make your holes. It flips from the forward position to the rear position with no issues.

Worked perfect on my 2019 ram rebel. Install was pretty simple.

Easy to install and it allows for the most use both inside the bed and extended out onto the tailgate. Very strong, but super light weight, which makes it easy to remove, when needed.

I like the way this product is made and functions. Works great as a divider for groceries.
