Worked great for a Halloween costume and fit super comfy on my 4.5 year old. Went a little past the ankles and wrist, but that helped keep him warm during the chilly 60 degree weather outside.

I first bought pairs a size larger for my kids because all the reviews said to size up. They were extremely loose on them. They are supposed to be pretty snug, that’s how they keep the heat on your child’s body. Both my children are in the 70% for height and weight so they are pretty average and not petite in any way. Returned and purchase the correct sizes and they fit beautifully. So soft and the thickness is perfect for layering under looser clothing for playing outside in the colder months.

The shirt and pants are soft, durable and easy to wash. They are the perfect fit for our needs which is to have under a Halloween costume for warmth.

I was surprised that these came with such thick material.. for thermal layers I was looking for a second skin type of thermal underwear. They are well made, just much thicker and bulkier than I had envisioned. We kept them and will use them, they are well made and more like a winter pajamas which is how we will probably use them.

It's preforming very good in regards of fit, comfort, and versatile. I didn't give 5 stars only because I wish the pants goes a little higher than "mid rise" for a child to keep the child's top tacked in.

Ordered size 3-4T for my 18 month old grandson. My daughter said the fabric was soft and classy looking.Grand baby boy comfortable/warm…grandma approved!💥
