Taste did not appeal to me
I wish I liked the taste better. Ended up getting capsules instead. Could not drink this.

Aspartame-y
All you can taste is the aspartame or whatever artifical sweetener is in it. Tastes cheap but you get what you pay for. Will pay a little extra for other products that taste better in the future. (I recommend NLA For Her for those who are sensitive to artifical sweeteners like me. Thats what I'm going back to)

Packaging is misleading
The product itself is good and does what it is supposed to do but it just sucks that it comes I'm such a large container and when you open it it is barely a quarter full of product.

clean ingredients
This is better than I expected. The flavor is good and the ingredients are clean. I don't know that I expect it to reduce soreness, but if it does, that is a bonus. I haven't been using it long enough to tell yet.
