These chunky coloured chalks are fantastic! The bright, vibrant colours really stand out and are perfect for little hands — easy to grip and use without snapping. (Adults did break them!)We used them to draw on the granite floor tiles in the back garden, and they worked brilliantly. Really good quality chalk for the little ones to draw on the driveway on. Good assortment of colours and easy enough to draw with. Nice and thick enough to not break just by drawing on the pavement. The box also functions well keeping them protected from the elements as well.

Very good sized chalk, got them for my boy to use in the pavement outside, they worked fine, kept him happy and busy for some time, get quite alot for your money there.

This selection of large colourful pieces of chalk is excellent for toddler size hands. Fortunately, I have a paved back garden and my granddaughter was able to use the chalk on the floor. I can recall as a child chalking on the pavement outside where we lived but I am thinking these days, one might get 'done' for defacing property etc. This pack of chalk offers the opportunity to talk about colours, to practice shapes and lines and to emphasise the importance of 'one stick/colour' at a time. Funnily, when I looked out of the window into the back not only was my granddaughter chalking but her mother and father too!

I brought these for my son to draw on the garden pavement but the colours were not that visible, works better on paper - nevertheless he still had lots of fun using them.
