I have these placed around my large corner lot to remind some of the ignorant dog owners what to do. I think they understand. If they don’t I have cameras placed also that I review, then I confront said perpetrator. This also has worked! These are sturdy and have stood up to 50-60 mph gusts and very heavy downpours - ad well as extreme heat and sun. They stick easily in the ground and my lawn guy takes it out then puts it back! As a dog owner myself I always pick my dogs poop up. Nothing worse than getting poop on your shoe or sandal! I don’t think others appreciate it either! These signs help remind the few ignorant ones!

I got tired of other condo owners not picking up after their dogs. I bought these signs for the common area thinking I'd give it a shot. Surprise, surprise, people actually started picking up after their dogs! Too funny. The signs are well made and easy to insert into the ground due to the wire stands. The inside of the sign is styrofoam but the outer side with the writing is water resistant plastic of some kind. It has withstood some strong wind and rain storms and looks as good as new. The other homeowners have thanked me for the sign! Do not hesitate to purchase these - especially since they actually work!

SINCE THIS SIGN HAS BEEN UP IN MY YARD, THERE HASN'T BEEN ONE PILE OF DOG POOP FROM DOG WALKS!! MY STREET IS HEAVILY USED BY DOG WALKERS. I THINK PEOPLE SEE THIS SIGN AND MAKE A CONSCIOUS EFFORT NOT TO LET THEIR DOGS CRAP IN MY YARD OR AT LEAST PICK IT UP!! I USE TO PICK UP ABOUT 2-3 PILES A WEEK AND I DON'T EVEN HAVE A DOG!! I bought a pair of these for my corner-lot yard, which, unfortunately is the site of a fire hydrant. The vinyl/laminated cardboard (?) signs come with thin metal stakes that can be attached in 3 seconds. Once in place, the signs stand flush to the lawn so that they are visible to dog walkers, yet are not obnoxious. The signs themselves are not metal, but they have withstood several heavy and windy rainstorms so far, and more importantly, have done their job in deterring dog walkers from leaving their dogs’ poop on my lawn. I highly recommend this very reasonably priced product.

I was a bit surprised to see that this sign wasn't a solid sheet of plastic. I worry a bit that with all the rain I get each winter, that the signs will be consistently wet between the 2 sheets of plastic (corrugation) and will get very mossy. No way to clean the corrugations. The signs I purchased are setup on our property but, are in constant shade. The metal sign holders are sturdy enough to press down into our rocky soil and the signs are noticeable to any passerby's. I do like the signs, I'll just have to see how they survive this winter.

Unless you find out who is letting their dog poop on your lawn, these signs will do nothing to stop them. I found out that it was my neighbor 3 houses down who was just opening up his front door to let his pitbull run over to my yard and do its business. I wrote a letter to the owner threatening legal action and I haven't see a single dropping in over a month.

Product received was as described & how I expected it to be. Very easy to assemble. Stores flat when not in use. It's only been a couple of weeks & we're in the summer time but seems to be very durable. I was initially looking for a more discreet sign in a smaller dimension but this is a good size. Thanks.

I purchased two sign (for front and back lawn strips between sidewalk and street). People actually notice and curb their dogs so no, well hardly any, poo anymore.
