Purchased two of these to connect 1/4” Connection fitting for my compressor air hoses. Working great so far. No leakage.

I bought this to replace the piece of junk "1/2 to1/4 Anderson Metals Brass Threaded Pipe Fitting" that I ordered a week ago for $5.68. What a drastic difference with this NIGO 1/2 to 1/4 bushing for $5.89!!! This NIGO bushing is high quality with every part of it beautifully machined and perfect threads. The brass has a hefty feel to it compared to that garbage Anderson fitting. So for an extra 21 cents you can go from junk to excellent quality with this NIGO bushing.

company sent pleasant email wanting me to rate this product. It is a simple reducer but it is very well built. I have read reviews of brass fitting from other sellers being poor quality. So if you want a brass fitting that is great quality you will not be disappointed with their product.

Great buy. Needed to step down from 3/4" npt to 3/8". Saved money by buying this adapter. Locally, i was going to have to buy 2 adapters to step down 2 npt sizes.

I needed a couple of these for my garage air line setup. I was connecting multiple manifolds to different attachments/couplers and found a few instances where I needed reducers. I put thread tape on all of the threads and installed them a few weeks ago. They threaded in nicely, accepted the 1/4" attachments perfectly, and made a perfect seal with no leaks. Very happy with these!
