Hobby BossTa 152C-1/R14 Fighter Airplane Model Building Kit

The model has many details molded into the plastic parts and also has an etched metal set for more details. The instructions are good as well as color schemes and a paint guide. I would have given it 5 stars but the box was damaged a bit in shipping. There was only a paper envelope around it so what can you expect! Looking forward to the build and hope that they also make the Ta-152H version.

This kit is molded in clean, smooth plastic with crisp recessed panel lines and rivets. The fit of the pieces are precise and flush. I was slightly confused when I saw the instructions directed me to assemble the engine with no open cowling panel options; however, you'll quickly find out you can see the engine through the landing gear wheel wells. After some research I discovered it is accurately depicted. If you flip through the instructions you may think you can skip engine assembly steps by simply substituting it for a little weight, so be careful! Hobby Boss also gives you the option to position the rudder and ailerons. This is a detailed kit that would be an excellent choice for both novice and experienced builders.
