Excellent harissa at a steep price. The flavor is great, the heat is there, but not overpowering.Tip: Mix some with good olive oil to make a great dipping sauce.We used to buy it regularly in a larger container for my mediterranean restaurants, but I can't see that larger size on Amazon.

This was so good and I was able to use 1 jar for ~7 recipes. This was the least expensive rose harissa I was able to find and I will definitely purchase again.

The jar arrived in good condition. With just 10 months to expiration, I wish it were a bit fresher, because it's $$$. Flavor is good; plenty of heat! But, TBH, I really can't tell the difference between this, and regular harissa. Will go back to buying the regular stuff in the future. It's less expensive, and available locally.

As a committed lover of food & cooking (especially Mediterranean plus UK), I have known about harissa but never enjoyed it with my purchases. They were always too hot and bitter. However, Rose Harissa lured me in to try again. To my joy, I found it perfect. It enhances food instead of destroying it. When I received it I took the plunge. Tasting it off the spoon before using it in a dish & possiblyruining the food & relegating the harissa to the fridge or down the disposal. Instead, my little spoonful led to another & another. It delights the eye and taste. It's perfect. I could've eaten the entire jar. I can use it in so many ways including mixing it into my homemade mayonnaise. Bravo to Rose Harissa. It's like taking a trip without leaving your kitchen and in my case, winter climate. Extraordinary and if memory serves me correctly...it is made an all women/woman business. Thank you so much for the additional magic of transporting me back to the wonderful foods I experienced in France & my other travels. Rose Harissa is a gift for the senses.

I couldn’t eat it because the jar was open and made a mess inside the box. It’s perishable and can’t be returned.

This ingredient has such a complex and great flavor that I have fallen in love with it. I love it best in tomato dishes like a simple tomato sauce served over pasta. It's a versatile ingredient, so it won't be an ingredient that you use once and then let rot in your fridge.

The jar wasn’t sealed properly, so oil leaked out. Thankfully, it only soiled the box à little and because the other items shipped along with it were wrapped well, they were I damaged. I was looking forward to trying it, but since it was not vaccuum sealed upon arrival I will be putting it in the trash.
