I wasn't sure how well this would work considering the style compared to others but it works great and made flange aligning much easier. i like how it works with both weld neck and slip on flanges where some others don't.

Will not work with Raised face weld neck flanges!!
This is not a good flange aligner for a raised faced weld neck flange. Maybe just for a slip on flange. It will not hold a raised face weld neck flange to the pipe. It might work in the upside down position for a skip on. So that way your arms don't get tired from holding it. I wish I already knew this. I never would have bought it. There really isn't a lot of slip-on flanges that I do. It should state slip on flanges only.
