Takes a bit of getting used to, but a wise investment
This is a very comfortable mouse that keeps your hand in exactly the right position to minimize strain and minimize wrist lock-up. It took a while to get used to, but I'm glad I bought it, as it has effectively negated my carpal tunnel pain.

helps arthritis pain
I have arthritis and this has definitely helped alleviate some of my pain. It took some getting used to and I wish the buttons were a little farther apart, but I recommend it for long hours on the computer!

I am not certain this mouse really prevents the typical neck/arm injury related to mousing.
This may be an older version of the mouse, but I did get it to work on all of my windows based computer. As for the general brand/style, this is what our ergo specialist, at work, recommends. However, I switched to this mouse, at the same time I switched to my left hand (after a mousing injury on my right shoulder/neck). After 6 years of using this mouse, left hand, I have the same injury on my left neck/shoulder, and I had on my right, from using a regular mouse. So while the mouse seems more comfortable to use, I am not sure it really prevents the injury.

Great for bad wrists
I've had wrist issues since a karate accident about a decade ago. I had been using the Penguin mouse with no problems, but recently my wrist decided it didn't like it anymore. I tried this one out and love it. I thought I'd gotten the wireless one, but the wire proves no problem to me. A nifty trick I learned is to park the heel of your hand on the pointy part of the mouse; it hurts less that way.

great ergonomic mouse.
Only mouse that works for me. Any other mouse and my hand starts cramping. I highly recommend the wired one instead of the wireless. I have had trouble with the wireless one so now I have 3 of the wired ones. Took me about 3 days to get used to when I first got it. Now this is my mouse forever.

love the Handshoe Mouse
I have this mouse at work and now at home. I've had problems with both types of arthritis in my right hand and this has relieved the pain considerably. I can't even use a "normal" mouse anymore. So comfortable.

the quality of actual hardware is garbage.
This is an expansive 5 dollar mouse. The only thing that makes this thing "worth" is the shape. While it does help you with the pain, the quality of actual hardware is garbage.

perfect and no pain
no more pain from my wrist to my arm. it is comfortable and I can take it from work to home without digging around the back of my computer just unhook and then hook back up at home

Thia is definitely an overpriced product but it is very convenient and the hand does not get stressed while using this mouse. I only wish the price was a bit more affordable.
