size of the jaw thickness
Great tool. If you every had to work with those small C&K switches, those nuts are thin when you need to tighten them up. The thickness of the jaw part does a very nice job. I even ordered a second tool. Maybe they'll made another tool of the same type but half the size. If I see it, good chance I'll buy it. I would recommend this tool.

Extra thin
I wish I knew this device existed years ago. I had accumulated a few thin single sized wrenches for working on bike hubs but this adjustable model works just as good and covers a wide range of sizes.

Maybe all thin pliers would have this issue of not being very strong though and look like they may not last overtime
I needed a very thin head to replace some casters on the bottom of a chair. They did the job! As far as getting the job done they were a 5, but I am giving them a 4 due to the quality of the metal. Maybe all thin pliers would have this issue of not being very strong though and look like they may not last overtime. If you are in a pinch and need a very thin head for a specific job I would recommend them.

Acceptable considering the price
It works okay for general use but not so good on small nuts in tight places where a slip might result in damage. It seems somewhat crudely made and the moveable jaw can loosen and slip unless you keep a lot of thumb pressure on the adjustment wheel. However, at this price I didn't expect NASA grade precision so I guess it will do. After giving it a try, I went out and bought an open-end wrench to finish my particular job.

This tool can save so much time and stress
My riding mower suffered a bad fuel solenoid. Getting the old one off was such a hassle. With all the tools I have one worked. I was telling my wife how I needed a crescent wrench with thinner grips. She found this one one Amazon and it worked so very well. I was able to grip the solenoid by the grooves and off it came effortlessly

When you need it, you need it
We've all encountered situations where a regular wrench was too thick to clear a thin nut. I have in the past taken a cheap wrench to the grinder to overcome this problem but it always seemed like the next nut was the one for which I didn't have the correct size of modified wrench. I got tired of grinding wrenches and losing time doing it so I bought this adjustable thin jaw wrench. It is of very good quality. In fact it has less "slop" than my high quality Wright brand adjustable wrenches, which is saying something. The blade thickness is 2mm (1/16"). It's not meant to to really crank on but these types of thin nuts don't require a lot of torque anyway. This wrench is highly recommended if you're looking for a similar solution.

jaw bent on the first use
I was using it to remove a caster from an air pump. It was a tight fit and the jaws would fit under the base only to the end of the narrow part of the jaw. The jaws bent about 0.5 mm at the tip. I do not think the head is made of hardened tool steel.

This is a fantastic little guy
This is a fantastic little guy. I needed it to adjust my washing machine legs, the cheap pot metal adjuster that was provided had warped to the point where you couldn't twist the nuts on the legs anymore. Sure, buy a $1600 washing machine, get a $1.50 chunk of pot steel cut out roughly in the same of a wrench. This did the job, and was a pleasure to use. I was a bit worried that the jaws were going to be too thin for the job, but they worked perfectly. To be clear, these will *NOT* be useful when you don't have a lot of clearance to start with, while the jaws are thin the body is normal crescent wrench thickness. In my case, the washing machine legs had two nuts next to each other, and I needed to be able to adjust one without adjusting the other. A standard wrench was far too thick, this worked perfectly.
